You have requested a copy of SAME Solutions Natural Disaster demonstration video (the “Content”).
The Content is intended for educational and promotional purposes to raise awareness within a business organisation of certain natural disasters, along with suggested courses of action when such does occur.
“The Company”: SAME Solutions ME FZ LLC a company registered with Trade License No. 11424/2017, registered office is Fujairah Creative Tower, PO Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.
“Permitted Purpose”: Use of the Content within a business organisation as a demonstration of elearning guidance for certain natural disasters that may occur.
“Third Party Materials”: Includes content not owned by the Company, including the branding and corporate identity of a business organisation that may be used for the purposes of customizing the Content to a particular organisation.
This notice sets out the terms and conditions for the use of the Content.
The Company gives you a licence to download and use the Content for the Permitted Purpose provided you follow all the rules in these Terms. The licence starts when you download the Content.
The Company shall at all times retain ownership of the Content, excluding any Third-Party Materials, as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads. The Content, and the copyright and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature (including, but not limited to, all copyright, trade marks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind) in the Content, including any modifications made hereto by the Company, remain the property of the Company whether registered or unregistered anywhere in the world. No title, rights of ownership, or IPR of whatever nature in the Content is transferred or acquired as a result of the Permitted Purpose.
The Content shall be delivered to you in the format of an Mp4 file with full HD resolution. The Company is not responsible for the uploading and hosting of the Content on the desired platform after it has been downloaded. The streaming resolution and quality of the Content will depend on the type of device you are using, your resolution settings, and the speed of your internet connection.
You expressly acknowledge that use of the Content is at your own risk to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law the Content is supplied on an as is and as available basis.
The Content contains a summary of guidance only and must not be taken as full and exclusive advice.
Any personal information you provide to us as part of the registration process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Company is not liable to you for any loss or damage that was not foreseeable, any loss or damage not caused by our breach or negligence, or any business loss or damage.
You are not permitted to:
- edit, alter, modify, adapt, or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Content nor permit the whole or any part of the Content to be combined with or become incorporated in any other content or attempt to do such things.
- reproduce, copy, distribute, sell or resell, or otherwise use the Content for any commercial purpose and outside of your organisation.
- allow use of the Content in any way which breaches any applicable local national or international law.
